Dialogue[edit]
Without anything quest related to say, she'll bemoan her existence as a guard for the governor:
- "Despite all the excitement around the recent shipwreck, I'm in here, guarding the governor's office. I suppose someone might want to steal a quill or a stack of parchment, but still.
My talents are clearly being wasted."
Quest-Related Events[edit]
When investigating the tree stump note, you have the chance to say the passcode to Sergeant Garil.
- "The ending of the words is ALMSIVI."
- "Word of advice. Don't mention anything about the Tribunal to the governor. He's not happy with some recent rules and regulations that have come down from on high."
At the end of the quest, Deminah Salvi will confront the governor. If you killed Sergeant Delms in the governor's private quarters and did not use the persuade option after stealing the helm, Sergeant Garil will run in.
- Govenor Omellian: "Well, I suppose we're done here. I have a silt strider waiting."
- Deminah Salvi: "No. Governor Omellian, I am placing you under arrest for promoting slavery in Pact territory."
- Govenor Omellian: "How dare you accuse me of such a thing! You have no proof!"
- Deminah Salvi: "A note on your parchment which led to the sabotage of the lighthouse and a shipwreck off our coast. A letter naming you as the slaver captain's partner. Do you deny your involvement?"
- Govenor Omellian: "That proves nothing! I'll have you hanged for this!"
- Sergeant Garil: "Sergeant Delms! He's dead!"
- Deminah Salvi: "Murderer! Sergeant Delms knew that you had a report claiming Firemoth Island was free of slavers, and we both know that was a lie."
- Govenor Omellian: "The Sergeant's dead? Who would do such a thing?"
- Deminah Salvi: "Secure him."
- Sergeant Garil: "Yes, Governor Salvi."
Sergeant Garil will then arrest Omellian.
Notes[edit]
- After Breaking Through the Fog, if Sergeant Delms was killed but Governor Omellian wasn't captured, Sergeant Garil can be seen travelling Vvardenfell with Governor Salvi looking for Omellian, with no dialogue.
