Rockheaver Trolls are large trolls infused with nirncrux encountered in Sanctum Ophidia. They can infect players with a radiating poison that deals damage to all players that stand in the red circle, and also spreads onto them if they stay inside for too long.

Spells and Abilities[edit]
- Boulder Toss
- The troll throws a rock at a player, which deals major fire? damage. A large AoE appears where the rock will land, stay out of it.
- Spreading Poison
- The troll throws a glob of poison at one player, which deals major poison damage over time. If another player steps in your poison AoE, your poison will spread to them. Soft stack, spread out, and try not to infect each other.
