A Regulated Healer

Regulated Healers are Breton healers fought during Round 8: The Steamworks of the Dragonstar Arena. They were once part of a Mages Guild expedition into Dwemer ruins, but fell to the traps the Dwemer left behind. They were found by Boethiah years ago and are now merely thralls who fight alongside the machinations that they once researched.

Skills and Abilities

Minor Wound

A basic ranged attack that does minor magical damage.

Focused Healing

The enemy will heal any allies that are hurt, including itself. This effect appears as a yellow beam connecting the healer and its target. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance.

Puncturing Sweep

Regulated Healer casts the pre-U35 Puncturing Sweep which hits players in front of them 5 times and heals itself.
