The Ratmaster's Prowl is a camp near Wittestadr in Eastmarch. A vampire named Olveidi the Ratmaster resides here with a skeever. There are also a few skeevers lurking outside the camp. A heavy sack can spawn by Olveidi's tent.^{[verification needed — see talk page]}
