Rakiin is a Redguard drunkard and patron of the Snakeskin Suds tavern in Hallin's Stand.
Dialogue[edit]
He can be found on the balcony of the tavern, where he has been throwing rocks at the Imperials.
- "These Imperials make for excellent practice.
I admit nothing, of course, but I observe to you that practice makes perfect."
Once The Shifting Sands of Fate is completed, he will say:
- "It's too bad these Legionnaires didn't carry more coin.
Some folk might frown on looting the dead, but I'm not one of them."
