Quenyas is a High Elf necromancer found at the Seaside Scarp Camp. During combat, she will raise Oskana as well as numerous zombies from the dead.

If you stand in the lich crystals' AoE, you take magic damage over time.

Notes

• Quenyas has a chance to drop Sea-Raider's Hood of the Twin Sisters, a unique item in the Twin Sisters item set.
• She formerly wore standard High Elf style light armor, had 13,605 health, and led a small group of bandits. This was later changed in a patch, and she now wears Worm Cult style armor.
• The achievement and description of her unique loot drop still refer to the bandits that were there originally.
