Qadr

Qadr is a Redguard commoner and member of the Daggerfall Covenant who can be found in Bergama at the Covenant's "encampment" north of the Hall of Judgment. He spends his time doing push-ups, jumping jacks, and resting in between.

Unlike most Redguards in Bergama, he is a Forebear. King Fahara'jad sent him and some other troops to oversee the city.

Dialogue

He will complain how the Crowns are treating the Covenant garrison:

"Only in Bergama would the honored warriors of the Covenant be forced to train in a goat sty such as this. Accursed Crowns. I hope my writ of transfer comes soon."

This isn't much of an encampment.

"Ha! You jest in calling this an "encampment," wayfarer. King Fahara'jad, Tall Papa's blessings be upon him, sent a small contingent of Daggerfall troops to oversee the town several weeks ago. We were not well received."

The Crowns aren't fond of the Covenant, are they?

"They most certainly are not. We are denied shelter at the inn, given a dog's rations by the town provisioner, and face near constant ridicule. If not for some Forebear administrators we would have been run out on a cactus-saddled mule weeks ago."

I don't suppose you have any intention of withdrawing?

"Would that we could, O wayfarer. Unfortunately, our beloved King will never withdraw from Bergama. The Crowns must see a lion's strength on the throne if we expect them to continue bending their knees. I can only hope that my relief arrives soon."
