Priestess Faltonia would be sought out in the Temple District after speaking with Priestess Vonele for further information on unholy acts committed by Daedra in the Temple.

Who is Idryne Sadrys?

"She was a temple acolyte once, but a leader in the Worm Cult now. I had forgotten her until she broke in with all those Daedra. Idryne's likely taken steps to ensure her ritual isn't disturbed, sealed the temple's doors and so forth."

Then how do I get in?

"If the main doors are sealed, and I suspect they are, there's only one way in. You'll have to go through the crypts. There's a grate in the plaza near the temple. Once you're in the crypts, it shouldn't be too hard to find the sanctuary."

What's in the crypts?

"Coffins, corpses … what else would you expect? Everyone entombed down there was consecrated, of course, but that hasn't always stopped them from being raised. I'd be careful. Good luck."

Why do you think they're conducting this ritual in the temple?

"I don't know. Perhaps it's the ambience? No. It's because the temple is located at the intersection of Tamriel's strongest Aedric meridians. It's a powerful place, and Idryne Sadrys knows that."

It's unclear whether this dialogue belongs to Priestess Faltonia or Priestess Simplicia:

"What are you doing in here? This place is for the weak and the wounded.
You look perfectly capable. That being the case, I wonder—why aren't you outside trying to retake the temple from those accursed Daedra?"

"There you are. You just missed it. The ground was shaking and it felt like the entire district was about to be plunged into the abyss.
I'm guessing that means you didn't get there in time to stop the ritual?"

"Is it done? Did you manage to disrupt the ritual once again?"

"Well then, what are you waiting for? Go on. I'd offer you a blessing, but at this point, I don't think the gods even care.
If you really want a blessing, ask Valerianus over there. His faith certainly isn't wavering."
