A faction of bandits in a cavern called Zainsipilu are attempting to grow moon-sugar grass. I've been asked to re-direct their methods through misinformation.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk to Traylan Omoril in the Hall of Justice.
- (Optional) Speak to Evos Hledas.
- Go to Zainsipilu.
- Place Unintelligible Instructions and Misleading Notes.
- Return to Evos Hledas.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Make your way to Zainsipilu, which is located northwest of Seyda Neen. You need to place misleading documents at three places throughout the delve: Two are at the same desk in the center of the delve overlooking water, and the third location is in the far back of the delve, behind Zvvius the Hive Lord.
Return to Evos Hledas for your reward.
- "I hope you're here to report your success. Can't afford to have skooma invade Vvardenfell."
- I planted the misleading notes.
- "Anything to stop skooma from invading Vvardenfell is worthy of a reward. Hopefully one day we can stop this operation in its tracks, but for now you've done a great deal to prevent these bandits from reaching their despicable goals."

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,
<Alias=LocationHold>
) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
