Packleader Stigthar is a Nord Werewolf Behemoth mercenary who can be found north of Haddock's Market during the Zeal of Zenithar event. He is a prominent member of the Greycloaks and has stolen the blessed awl of Zenithar. During combat, he summons various Greycloaks and transforms into a Werewolf Behemoth.
