Orcish Shrine, Malacath is a sacred piece that appears as an arm grabbing onto an axe in the appearance of Malacath's Wrathful Flame. It lacks a proper description, seemingly in use as a placeholder item within the database, and is currently unobtainable.

It is a replica of the shrines that appear in Wrothgar, such as the one used to speak to Malacath in Old Orsinium during the Flames of Forge and Fallen quest.
