After reaching Friendly rapport with Zerith-var, he will have you accompany him to meet with Cantor Krin'ze after receiving a letter from her. Cantor Krin'ze will explain that recently several Twilight Cantors have gone missing, and her friend Cantor Izalgo is the latest one. She will ask you to speak with the locals to find out where Izalgo went.

Narasarbana is one of the people you can speak with:

But the risk of falling all that way is enough to keep this Khajiit on the ground, ha, ha, ha."

I'm looking for a Twilight Cantor named Izalgo. Do you remember seeing anyone like that nearby?

Speaking to her after finding out where Cantor Izalgo went, she will say the following:
