Nalosi Orethi

Nalosi Orethi is a Dark Elf student and a possible target for the Black Sacrament given by Speaker Terenus.

He is a slaver and bounty hunter, and is called a "Scale-Catcher" by the Speaker, implying that the bounties he hunts are those of escaped slaves. Some Argonian slaves have pooled their assets in order to perform the Sacrament on him for obvious reasons; to stop Orethi's scourge once and for all. He can appear as both an optional target and a primary target for the same reason stated above.
