The Muzzled Owls are a group of Nord wild mages tending to Kynesgrove. While normally friendly and offering help and refuge to travelers through the grove, they have recently become hostile, going as far as enthralling visiting Ebonheart Pact soldiers, after their leader forsake Kyne after she believed she lost her son in the war.
