Moss-Skin Travelers are Argonians of the Moss-Skin Tribe that appear during random encounters throughout Murkmire, where they are under threat from bandits or creatures.

Dialogue

When you encounter them, they will be used as bait by Blackguards waiting to ambush you:

Moss-Skin Traveler: "Now it is too late. What a shame."

After freeing rescuing them:

Moss-Skin Traveler: "Thank … thank you. That was a close one."

Moss-Skin Traveler: "I'm free and in your debt."

They can also be found attempting to fight off a group of Hackwings. After freeing them:

Moss-Skin Traveler: "That was a close one. Thank you."
