Mourning Dew is an ingredient used in Provisioning to make certain Legendary-quality recipes. It can only be generated normally as additional rare drop from nodes in Cyrodiil or through various different Event Reward Boxes, including containers from Pan-Tamriel Celebration, Zeal of Zenithar and more. If player's character has learned Colovian War Torte Recipe, alternative sources are unlocked as rare drop chance including following Containers:

• Archival Sack of Provisions, obtained from Filer Tezurs in Infinite Archive.

• Waxed Apothecary's Parcel, obtained from Tel Var General Merchant in Imperial City Sewers or as a reward from Conquest Daily Quest in Cyrodiil (respective PVP Alliance Bases).
