The Dremora Torvesard came to me with an intriguing proposition more than two years ago now. He promised to fulfill my lifelong ambition to become archmagister and rule over House Telvanni. All I had to do was pledge my service to Vaermina, the Daedric Prince of Dark Portents, and all my dreams would come to pass.

He explained that something had been taken from the world long ago. That it was his destiny to restore what was stolen, what was lost. He said that restoration began with a dream, hence his alignment with Vaermina. For in a dream he recalled a shrine to the Dreamweaver. A shrine that it was imperative I help him repair.

After much research and investigation, we have come to this ancient site. Now all we need to do is find the shrine Torvesard saw in his dreams.
