- This is another volume to bring to Stormreeve Neidir's attention. The following is a copy of an Altmer text regarding Tempest Island, written by esteemed geographer, Angalmo. The Island is close enough to Malabal Tor for our needs, and considering its history of bizarrely inclement weather, it's a perfect cover for our assault. The Dominion will never see us coming:
Angalmo's Travels: The Island of Storms Volume 5
- I have been accused of inciting the public with exaggeration and hyperbole regarding the weather conditions at Tempest Island.
- I repeat here that I was not exaggerating when I wrote that my ship was destroyed by a storm when I landed at Tempest Island, and that the storm was more abrupt than any I had ever seen. It was not hyperbole when I wrote that I lived for a month in the caves of the Island, with nothing but my ship's rations to sustain me.
- I wrote about Tempest Island not for the coin it brought, but to reflect and share my experience. And I do not speak in a gaming tone when I say that Altmer ships should steer away from Tempest Island if at all possible.
