A Hollow City Mage

Mages are members of the Mages Guild that appear throughout the Hollow City after rescuing Vanus Galerion and unlocking the Mages Guildhall. They cannot be interacted with and have no unique dialogue.

The Citadel Must Fall

As you exit the Reaver Citadel Mages Guild hall, you'll see a Mage fleeing in terror from a Daedric Titan, which flies in from the fortress ahead and lands on top of a building northeast of the guild hall and roars at the invasion force to intimidate them.

Mage: "Tongues of Xarxes! What is that thing?"

Mage: "Make it go away! Make it go away!"
