Lord-Warden's Necromancer

The Lord-Warden's Necromancer is a Xivkyn member of the Lord-Warden's Council in the Imperial City Prison. When it dies, its untargetable shade spawn in its place and fights you until the whole Lord-Warden's Council is dead.

Alive

Necrotic Spear

A basic ranged attack that does minor magic damage.

Summon Atronach

The enemy summons a Bone Colossus to fight. The summon will die if the Necromancer is killed.

Empower Undead

The necromancer channels a buff on a nearby undead (e.g. skeletons, zombies, and even Bone Colossi and vampires) that increases the physical and spell resistance of the target. This spell appears as a green glow around the hands of the buffed enemy as well as those of the necromancer. This spell can be interrupted to knock the enemy off balance.

Bone Cage

The enemy casts a rune on the ground that activates after a while, rooting players who step in it. This attack does no damage and can be simply avoided. The root can be escaped by roll dodging. This attack can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance.

Summon Bone Surge Totem

Lord-Warden's Necromancer summons a Bone Surge Totem which greatly reduces the damage taken of the Lord-Warden Council.

Lord-Warden's Necromancer cannot move.

Deathly Grasp

Lord-Warden's Necromancer places magical runes on the ground that do moderate magical damage over time as well as snaring those who stand in them. These do not have red circle indicators, so players should look for blackened areas on the ground and avoid them instead.
