During A Tangled Net, Eraral-dro will ask you to get support from other merchants in the Baandari Trading Post. When you speak to Kagun during the quest, you can ask him:

We need your support to drive out the mercenaries.

"Eraral is mad if he thinks I'll pay for his mistakes! But this now involves all of us.
Take my promise. I'll offer my aid when he wishes. It won't be gold, but it will be of some value, nonetheless."

I'll take whatever you can give.

When you're instructed to talk to the entertainers, he'll be upstairs of Fazaddu's House. When you first speak to him, he'll say:

"Some say Khajiit cannot retract their claws. It is not so.
I am skilled in massaging away the hardest knots. My warm pads will melt your cares away, friend."

He will be a suitable entertainer for Yggnast.
