Juut is a Naga found during a random encounter in Murkmire. He can be seen talking to his egg-sister, Itzaki.
Dialogue[edit]
After Death and Dreaming, the siblings discuss the ongoing tension.
- Itzaki: "My spines are on edge, but no foe is near. Why is this so?"
- Juut: "My teeth gnash! If there is nothing to strike, how can we defeat it?"
- Itzaki: "It is not a foe, egg-brother. It is something much more. I feel it deep within."
- Juut: "We cannot. Though it pains me, this is not our battle to fight."
Speaking to him after this exchange:
- "My egg-sister bids me to wait for this trouble to pass. I will listen to her words, though my hands itch to pick up a spear and fight that which threatens us."
After By River and Root is complete, Itzaki leaves the Dead-Water to serve the Root-Whisper Tribe's Hist. Her brother sees her off.
- Juut: "Must you leave us, egg-sister? Always, we have fought together. Why now must you go?"
- Itzaki: "A new Hist calls to me. I cannot defy its will. I must help a new tribe prosper."
- Juut: "My tears swell, but … so too do I understand. Still, I will miss you."
- Itzaki: "And I you, egg-brother. Never will I forget your strength by my side."
Speaking to him after this exchange:
- "I do not mourn! What warrior worth his scales would cry over his egg-sister's departure?"
Notes[edit]
- Juut and Itzaki may disappear if you enter a building.
Bugs[edit]
- This NPC will sometimes have a hard time spawning into the game, and will disappear as soon as his dialogue can be heard or seen in the chat window. ?
- This can be remedied by logging out and back in next to where Juut and Itzaki spawn.
