When she is freed she can be questioned:

Speaking with her again before leaving:

She can be found with Two-Blades when you bring the Obsidian Husk back to the entrance.

"You've returned! I thank you again for your help.
Two-Blades would like to speak with you."

While she is guarding Two-Blades as he prepares to destroy the Husk:

"It's up to you and me, friend!"

After Vila Theran is killed:

"You certainly proved to be Fighters Guild material."
