Jastia Berne is an Imperial vampire of the Berne clan seen in Galom Daeus during the related quest. She is Dexion Berne's sister.

Quest-Related Events[edit]
Inside the Dwemer ruin, you'll come across the Berne siblings fiddling with a dwarven spider:
- Jastia Berne: "This spider won't give me its treasure, dear brother."
- Dexion Berne: "Allow me, my sister. This should open the miserable construct like a ripe fruit."
This doesn't work out quite as well as Dexion says it would. The construct explodes, killing the siblings.
