Locate and interact with all of the speaking stones in the White-Gold Tower.

Imperial Transgressions is awarded for interacting with each of the Speaking Stones in the White-Gold Tower, which tell you the story of General Velarius. This can be done in either Normal or Veteran difficult levels.

• The first can be found outside the door to the second hallway of the Lower Elder Scrolls Library, after defeating the Elite Guard.
• The second can be found in the Imperial Battlemage Quarters, shortly after entering the first hallway.
• The third can be found at the foot of the bed in the Imperial Regent's Quarters.
