After speaking with Hamvir:

"I heard you and my brother talking. Thank you for agreeing to accompany him into that terrible place. I was afraid I was going to lose both of my beloved siblings.
But with your help, I think Hamvir will be safe and Hedrynne will be cured."

Returning from Chillwind Depths after collecting the reagents:

"Hamvir looks relieved, but he still hasn't crafted the elixir. If you have the ingredients, please give them to him.
I don't think Hedrynne will last much longer."

After you have handed over the reagents and completed the quest.

"You kept my brother safe and made it possible to heal my sister.
