Healer Ravel

Healer Ravel is a Dark Elf monk who can be encountered at the monastery of Muth Gnaar once you start Honor Bound. Despite the plague husks and hostile Ashlanders wandering around the monastery, she is determined to recover the medallions of Saint Veloth from the bodies of the victims.

Quest-Related Events[edit]

When you draw close to the Monk's Quarters on the north side of Muth Gnarr, you will witness Ravel attempting to pry a medallion from the body of a plague husk. If you approach her:

"So many medallions together."

She will provide an explanation for her presence at the monastery:

"What a horrible fate to befall these people."
It's not safe here.
"I know that. But Dolril isn't the only one who won't abandon the afflicted.
I can't just leave. Someone has to collect the medallions of the fallen."
Why are the medallions so important?
"The medallions focus the power of the Tear of Saint Veloth. Wear one and the effects of the plague are slowed.
When the Ashlanders attacked, the medallions were scattered. We have so few of them. They won't do anyone any good on these husks."
I'll bring any medallions I find to you.

With that, she will turn invisible to avoid detection from the husks and Vereansu:

Healer Ravel: "Oh, thank you. If you succeed, bring the medallions to me, north of Muth Gnaar."

After you offer your aid, she will relocate to a camp that has been set up north of the monastery. Once you have recovered six medallions from the plague husks, you can hand them over to her at the campsite:

"Did you recover any medallions? I hope so.
I don't know what I was thinking—that I could just go out there and find them all by myself."
Here are the medallions I found.
"Thank you. Once the relic is safe and the Ashlanders are gone, we'll be able to resume our work.
I may not be brave, but if I can help my order treat the afflicted, I will."

If you speak to Ravel after delivering the amulets to her, she will express a degree of optimism:

"We'll rebuild from this attack. Thanks to you, we can continue our holy work."
