Glyphs of Potion Speed are created by using an Oru rune and a Subtractive Potency rune. They can be applied to any jewelry of equal or greater level, and will reduce the cooldown delay of potions below the glyph's level by 1-5 seconds, based on the Aspect rune used. Note that the Potency level of the Glyph does not affect the amount of cooldown reduction, merely limits the level of potions that will be affected.
