The Bursar of Tributes seeks a particular treasure to add to the Blackfeather Court's hoard.

Detailed Walkthrough

Talk to the Bursar of Tributes in the Brass Fortress:

Bursar of Tributes: The Blackfeather Court's hoard grows tarnished and dull. Such paltry gifts we receive! But you plunder real treasures! Armor gilded with gold and encrusted with glittering gems and stones! You will bring me more, yes?

Player: I suppose I could acquire some additional pieces.

Bursar of Tributes: I knew the Court could count on you! You always were my favorite of all the featherless curs. I'm feeling bold! Brazen, even. I desire ornate armor from far off lands. Bring me these things and I'll reward you in kind.

Player: I'll bring you more pieces of ornate armor.

Ornate gear drops from delve, dungeon and world bosses. The daily quests given by Cardea Gallus, Alvur Baren and Bolgrul all award three ornate items in their coffer making them good for completing this quest as well. After obtaining them, return to the Bursar of Tributes.

• Ornate weapons and jewelry do not count.
