- A Matter of Propriety: Retrieve the four dowry items stolen from Grander Nemarcet.
Dialogue[edit]
If you speak with her before starting the related quest, she'll say:
- "If it's work you're looking for, you've no business with me, stranger. The over-anxious red-head is the one you want to talk to."
Once you have accepted the quest, Fralgatha will warn you about creatures:
- Grander Nemarcet: "Please, find what you can of my dowry and I'll compensate you handsomely."
- Fralgatha: "And be wary of the tharriker. They aren't to be trifled with."
After accepting the quest:
- "I was hired to deal with road thieves and pickpockets. I'm no beast tamer, although after this I may try to pick the skill up. It was awfully impressive. I'll leave the cave delving to you, stranger."
You can enter the cave and will quickly find out the brigand is Amaurel Verdulis, the potential bride-to-be. As you search the cave, she will continue to talk to you and explains that she does not want the marriage and plans to leave West Weald entirely. After collecting most of the dowry and a final conversation with Amaurel, you can leave the cave to inform Grander of what has happened.
Talking to Fralgatha after leaving the cave:
- "Thank Malacath you're back. Grander's pitiful whimpering was beginning to drive me mad. Go talk to him. And if he say's he hasn't been crying, he's lying."
When you complete the quest and hand over the dowry, Grander will talk to his companions:
- Grander Nemarcet: "Good news! The adventurer retrieved my dowry. We can continue on to Skingrad as planned. And I promise you both a pint of ale when we get there!"
- Isquenot Dimeney: "Such a relief. And I'll be able to press and sort out your clothing in time for any balls or soirees."
- Fralgatha: "How generous. A whole drink after nearly losing an arm to a tharriker."
Speaking with Fralgatha afterwards:
- "It will be good to get back to Skingrad. I enjoy the outdoors as much as the next person, but this armor starts to chafe when I've been in the heat for too long."
