After obtaining a Grub-Sniffer Lizard, you can follow the lizard around as it runs about the camp. It will sniff at random workers who will think it is cute. Others, not so much.

Field Worker: "A friendly one, isn't it?"

Field Worker: "What an adorable lizard!"

Field Worker: "Lizard spit! Disgusting!"

Field Worker: "Come here, little one!"

Field Worker: Get off me, fool beast!" (Once, you find the scent)

The attention from the lizard means that it can smell the bug musk on them. Eventually the lizard will stop outside a tent, whereupon Fermouzh will intervene.
