A Factotum Sanitizer

Factotum Sanitizers are Factotums that can be commonly found throughout the Clockwork City. Sanitizers within the Brass Fortress are non-hostile and can be pickpocketed, while the factotums outside the fortress are all hostile.

Sanitizers were apparently built with janitorial duties in mind as they can be observing scorching structures with fire and, for interior areas, sweeping floors. To perform the former they possess a device attached to their left arm that can create a concentrated burst of flame, or hurl fire in the air and explode similar to Firepot Spiders. The factotums that are sweeping inside the Clockwork Basilica do not have this attachment.

All Sanitizers have a one handed weapon holstered that they will use in combat. As the Factotum Sanitizers in the Clockwork Basilica do not have the fire attachment, this weapon is their only means of attack which significantly limits their damage.

Factotum Sanitizers function as champion enemies during the Nchuthnkarst group event.

Skills and Abilities

Flare

A basic ranged attack that does minor flame damage.

Phlogiston Excitement

The enemy releases fire along the ground in the direction it is facing. This attack does moderate flame damage to all players hit by it. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance or simply avoided.

Ground Fire

The enemy shoots two fireballs in the air which form two fire runes when they land. The runes do moderate flame damage over time to all enemies within the red circles and should be avoided. Players should be prepared to move as soon as the attack casts as one rune will always be cast on top of you.

Notes

• A similar factotum appears in Legends although its relation to the Factotum Sanitizer is unknown, as the Legends variant is depicted using dual wielded daggers and has no attachment.
