Evulan

Evulan is a one of the suspicious Dark Elf messengers leaving notes. Razum-dar saw him near the hedge maze to the southwest Kvatch. He left the note at the statue, and can be found walking out of the maze's south exit before entering Catina's House. It is later revealed he is working for Naryu Virian.

He is only present in the game during that one moment, and will not be inside Catina's House despite being seen going in. He wears a full set of Orcish medium armor.
