Empire Tower

Empire Tower is a ruined tower located southwest of Fort Aleswell in central Cyrodiil. Several goblins from the Rock Bone Tribe can be found camped here, including their leader Sharp-Eye. A skyshard can be found at the top of the tower, and a heavy sack can be found sitting on a crate in front of the tower. An abandoned bag can be found nearby, and will grant the related quest when investigated.
