Eats-To-Learn is an Argonian clothier who can usually be found reading or loitering in the streets of Davon's Watch. As she sometimes tells Runthor, she wanted to be a mage when she was younger, but didn't have the talent to make it in the Mages Guild. Runthor can also be heard asking her about the Dunmer Ashlanders.
Dialogue[edit]
Conversations overheard:
- Runthor: "What do you know about the Dark Elf Ashlanders?"
- Eats-To-Learn: "Not much. They keep to themselves. I think they worship Daedra."
- Runthor: "I heard they don't live in towns because the Dark Elf houses hate them."
- Eats-to-Learn: "Just between us, I heard Ashlanders accuse the Tribunal gods of murder."
- Runthor: "Anything interesting happen to you lately?"
- Eats-To-Learn: "Saw a mudcrab the other day."
- Runthor: "Ugh, so what? Those things are everywhere. Like rats."
- Eats-To-Learn: "This one was three paces wide and eating a guar."
- Eats-To-Learn: "When I was younger, I wanted to be a mage."
- Runthor: "They say anyone can cast, but few have real talent."
- Eats-To-Learn: "I wasn't talented. After three months of training, I could barely light a candle."
- Runthor: "You wouldn't have liked it. The Mages Guild is all dust and rules."
- Eats-To-Learn: "Avani's a great blacksmith. His daggers are sharp enough to cut the air."
- Runthor: "He certainly has female admirers. I wonder why he never remarried."
- Eats-To-Learn: "He still mourns his wife. have you seen him in the evenings?"
- Runthor: "He takes flowers to the Akaviri War Memorial. He talks to her stone."
Notes[edit]
- Eats-to-Learn's conversation about seeing a mudcrab is a reference to a similar conversation commonly heard in TES IV: Oblivion.
