Limren is one of the knights separated from the attack team in Cath Bedraud. You can either find her hiding near some vines or the tunnels:

"By the Eight, never creep up on a person. You're likely to get beheaded.
You must be Wizard Benele's friend."

"You're the mad fool who went into the catacombs ahead of us, aren't you?
By the way, did the other knights make it? That binding spell seemed to throw me a bit short of the mark."

Sir Lanis and the others are nearby. You should meet up with them.

If she's not the last knight to be rescued:

"I'll head out as soon as I see a clear path.
A word of warning, though. The lurcher in the chamber ahead is extremely tough. I'd keep it away from the totems surrounding it if you plan to challenge it."

Totems? I'll keep that in mind.

If she's the last knight to be rescued:

Totems? I'll keep that in mind.

"I'll do that. With luck, we'll regroup and follow right behind you.
Good luck, friend."

Speaking to her again if there's still knights to be rescued:

"I wouldn't take on that abomination without first dealing with its totems. But I'm sure you know your business better than I do.
Don't worry about me. I'll find Sir Lanis and the others."

If you exit the conversation and she's the last knight to be spoken to before you turn in the quest:

"By the Eight, never creep up on a person. You're likely to get beheaded.
You must be Wizard Benele's friend."

Go find Sir Lanis. He's not far. (Leads to quest completion dialogue)
