She will complain about how her siblings are separating and she can show you where Orc's Finger Ruins is located:

"Stephenn says it's better to die fighting and getting ahead in life, instead of dying in a puddle of mud in a refugee camp.
If the bandits were cleared out of the Orc's Finger Ruins my brother would have no choice."
