Cicero Eudoxius

Cicero Eudoxius is an Imperial merchant selling his wares at Cicero's Food & General Goods in the Hollow City. He's not a part of the invasion force, and vaguely remembers the city from before it came to Coldharbour.

He's glad to see you in his store.

"The city has been empty for so long. It's good to finally see a new customer in here."

As more people arrive and the chasm gets taken, he will shocked by the sudden increase in people.

"So many people! When did our quiet little city become a metropolis? But business has been good."

After the Planemeld has ended, he will be awestruck.

"Isn't it amazing? The crisis has ended, but our little town will continue. I'm so pleased!"

"Why, this is … you know, I can't remember the name of this place. It's an Imperial city, though. Or it was. Before it was pulled into this dreadful land."
