Hjorik needs special mushrooms found only in Capstone Cave to help the wounded.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Speak to Hjorik.
- Travel to Capstone Cave.
- Collect five Capstone Caps.
- Return to Hjorik.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Talk to Hjorik to find out what he wants you to do.
- "You don't look wounded. What do you need?"
- I'm looking for work.
- "There's no shortage of it here, my friend. Blood loss from wounds is our biggest enemy right now. There is a special mushroom that stops bleeding, but we've run out of it. Would you get some more for us?"
- Where can I find these mushrooms?
- "In Capstone Cave, to the northwest. But be wary! The cave has been taken over by the Black Dagger gang. With our troubles here, we haven't the strength to drive them out."
- I'll find your mushrooms.
Travel to Capstone Cave, and once inside, gather enough of the mushrooms to satisfy Hjorik's request. Return to him in Bruma and collect your reward.
- "More wounded arrive by the hour. I hope you have good news for me."
- I have your mushrooms.
- "Kyne be praised! We'll get these prepared immediately. Your efforts will save lives here. I can't thank you enough."

* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,

) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
