Camlorn Citizens are Breton residents of Camlorn, some of whom have been turned into werewolves. For those citizens that have been turned into werewolves, the condition can be reversed by using Alinon's Elixir of Lycanthropic Cure on them. They are one of the few generic NPCs that can spawn as vampires.
