Berithor is a Wood Elf drunkard who can be found at The Resting Kwama in Gnisis. He sits alone at a table in the main room, enjoying his drink. By his dialogue, he works, or worked, at the Gnisis Egg Mine.

If you speak to him, he'll hum the song from the Dwarven resonator in the egg mine and say: "Oh, just a little ditty I heard. Kind of catchy, isn't it?"

He may also talk about his job:

"Is the foreman looking for me again? I'll be right out, I swear."

"Any day I don't have to go down in that pit is a good day."
