The Bandit is a High Elf who can be encountered within the main warehouse in Vulkhel Guard. He was caught stealing important documents which you will be asked to retrieve, unfortunately for him, someone else found him first.

Quest-Related Events

As you enter the warehouse, you may overhear a conversation:

Bandit: "Please, I did just as you asked!"

Assassin: "Yes. Yes, you did."

The assassin then stabs him and disappears. You can then walk up and take the Deployment Plans.

Notes

• If someone else is also doing the related quest at the same time, you may hear the Bandit's voice while standing outside. When you enter he will already be dead.
