The Azureblight Infestor is a walking mass corrupted by the Azureblight, and can be found within the Lair of Maarselok. They can be fought along Noon Ray's Path.

Azureblight Infestors are spawned by the Azureblight Cancroid as well, where they must be killed to pick up their cleansed seeds and used on the cancroid to disable its shield. These infestors have more health than their wandering counterparts.
