When completing a Provisioner Writ at the highest Recipe Improvement, you may receive a writ for a specific food or drink. This dish will usually be of Gourmet/Distillate quality, though occasionally will be a Delicacy.

You will need to have learned the recipe, then gather enough ingredients to make (usually) 8 samples. The Chef or Brewer skills will greatly help with this as they allows you to make more food or drinks from the same ingredients.

Once you have created the items, bring them to Rolis Hlaalu at the Elden Root Wayrest Mournhold writ drop-off locations for your reward.
