Not that unusual. Like most vendors in the game, the chest that contains his special wares cannot be opened by any means short of cheating by using the console. The key he carries probably opens the door to the shop, maybe some other doors or containers with mundane goods in them. The chest with the Mantle of the Woodsman and his other good stuff cannot be opened at all by normal means. If you didn't buy it from him before killing him, you're screwed now, because that's the only way to get it. --TheRealLurlock ^Talk 23:26, 4 August 2008 (EDT)
