I have a question about the stats on the black band awarded at the conclussion of the fist dark brotherhood assigned task entitled " A Watery Grave". If you complete the quest and are awarded the black band as a level four character, will the band level up with you on its stats as you progress through the game? Or is it best to wait until you are a higher level to get the better stats on rewards in all the different guild quests?174.27.101.161 15:06, 15 February 2012 (UTC)

Nope, quest awards do not level with you. As for the question of whether you should wait, it's up to you. If you want to stall a whole questline just to receive the highest level version, be my guest! Wolok gro-Barok 19:16, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
