Just east of the first branching of the Panther River, on the south shore.

Gloom Way Cave is a medium-sized cave east of Bravil containing Argonian smugglers, including one of their leaders, Yeshani. It has two zones: Gloom Way Cave and Whispering Echoes Grotto.
