Run'garlen is a Dark Elf alchemist who runs Liquid Magic, a potion shop in the southeast corner of Kathar. He hides a secret—a torture chamber in his basement, where he tortures slaves. If you join the Twin Lamps, you'll be given the task of putting an end to it.

He wears a Kathar outfit, but is unarmed; he has a key to the trap door leading to the basement.
