The abandoned oasis

The Abandoned Oasis is an abandoned oasis in the southwestern part of Mephala's realm.

It consists of three stone buildings (two of which are partially buried and inaccessible), a small pool of water, and a trader's tent where the merchant Berel Sendala has set up shop. The largest building is also partially buried, but a door on the second floor is unblocked and allows access to the interior; there is little of interest inside besides a few containers with random loot and a levelled random creature.
