Description[edit]

Many centuries ago, during one of the Greymarches, the island of Arkhenvein, which once served as an important outpost of the World of Madness, sank to the bottom of the Enjaen Sea. One day, Lord Sheogorath commanded: "To protect my Kingdom from internal and external enemies, I need the greatest fortress, so that with its appearance it darkens the sky and plunges my enemies into shock." By the power of three powerful mages of the Shivering Isles, whose names have now been erased from human memory, the ancient island of Arkhenvein was raised from the bottom of the sea.

The mad engineer Hugo Terentius, over 20 years of construction, erected a huge Citadel on an island covered in ruins. Using the power of the great Sigil stone, with the blessing of Lord Sheogorath, the island and the fortress flew into the sky. And now the Citadel of Madness soars in the skies above the Shivering Isles. Recently the Citadel was attacked. You have to defeat the invaders and understand the situation. Let new adventures begin in the plane of Sheogorath!

What's in store for you:

  • A new quest line, comparable in duration to any Cyrodiil guild. 38 new quests (23 in the main line, 15 side quests).
  • A huge fortress on a floating island.
  • Hundreds of new characters.
  • More than 3000 lines of voiced dialogue.
  • Over 25 hours of play.
  • Powerful bosses and new opponents. The Knights of Order among them are far from the strongest.
  • New game territories: the Archipelago of Madness, the lands of Jyggalag and one more (you'll see for yourself later).
  • On the Archipelago of Madness there are three small but well-developed islands and, accordingly, three new settlements: a city, a village and a fishing village.
  • Lots of new drinks and alchemical ingredients.
  • A new gaming faction with its own career ladder, several non-playable and hostile factions.
  • Many well-developed locations: more than 180 new internal cells (interiors).
  • New types of caves and crypts.
  • New magical artifacts and familiar old ones.
  • New in-game literature, as well as books from other parts of TES.
  • New music and sounds.
  • New weapons and armor.
  • The mod is incorporated into the lore of the Shivering Isles.
